Window Cleaning: Remove fragile items from sills and clear access to interior windows.
Gutter Cleaning: Ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured inside.
Pressure Washing: Move vehicles away from the work area to prevent overspray.
Solar Panel Cleaning: Ensure all panels are accessible from the roof or ground level.
Water Access: We’ll need access to an outdoor water source for pressure washing.

No, although we would love to see you and chat with you, we are able to perform all of our exterior cleaning services without you being present at your home.

Many of our clients aren’t home during their appointment. As long as we have access to the necessary areas, we’ll take care of everything.

• For exterior services, no one needs to be home.
• For interior window cleaning, we’ll coordinate a convenient way to enter.

After the service, we’ll send you photos and a summary of everything we completed!

We keep a close eye on the forecast to ensure we deliver top-quality results in safe conditions. A little drizzle? No problem—we can still complete most services! However, if severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, or lightning) makes it unsafe or affects our ability to provide a spotless clean, we’ll reach out to reschedule at no cost to you.

☔ Our Rain Guarantee: If we clean your windows and it rains within 3 days, we’ll come back and touch up any affected windows for free. That way, you never have to worry about Mother Nature ruining your freshly cleaned home!
